How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I like to keep my reps anywhere from 8 to 15 because that's when I feel I'm recruiting the most new muscle
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I keep my rests very short so I never allow the muscle to fully recover in an attempt to recruit new muscle fiber

Amazing cuts man. Keep up the good work man. Curious to know during your cutting phase did you use creatine and nitric oxide? I start my 12 week cutting phase tomorrow. I am not taking creatine at the moment.

nuts are cool. they're more satisfying than olive oil too because you can eat them, and eat them slower. Even now, I snack on nuts when I'm at my desk.

Avadean all is well man..Just trying to look good like you lean and defined. I go back on creatine and protein supplements this August. I started a new split leg routine Quads on Mondays and hamstrings on Thursdays along with shoulders. My challenge is eating enough protein. You are looking good bro. How is the new location coming along. I have to get up there for a session before the summer ends for sure.
