Great job in your goals and bodybuilding, I lack one thing that you have and that is youth, I have the determination and motivation thanks to my friend a bodybuilder he got me started pumping iron and taking Muscle Tech products. Truthfully if feels great to see a hunk in the mirror instead of the old fat guy I was.
Keep going in your bodybuilding GymRatt, I want to read about you winning the Mr Universe Title some day.

Sorry to answere you so late,I've been quite busy building this old body into something more appealing, and keeping my religious people from having me sign autographs after my physical transformation. Its been a long hard road to loose the 256 pounds of body fat and building a more muscular body in place of it and being a clergymen I had plenty of faith and God's help to accomplish my goal.
Hope this brief note find you well and reaching your goals.
Keep up the good work and God Bless

Thank you for your kind words as it means a lot for me to rebuild this old body to a more presentable one for not only my family but my church members that If I can lose the weight so can many others.

I'm quite aware this is a BB witesite, its helped me loose 225 lbs of fat taken 27 inches off my waist and built a better body. Can't hurt for me to try and rebuild a body, who know's maybe I'll have a body like yours in a few more years.
