Bench press 5x6-8 (pick a weight to fail on last rep of each set.
Incline DB press 5x8-10 (same as above)
Cable crossover 7x12 ( lighter weight with only 30sec of rest between sets) MASSIVE PUMP!!!

Yeah side bends with K-bells are really good. You can also do side bends on a cable. When I say V ups I mean the crunch version.

If ur cutting then you need less carbs. If ur bulking more carbs and fat will do it. I don't do bulking phases so my carb and fat needs may differ My split is.... Monday Bi's, Tri's and calf Tues Legs and calfs. Wed Core, delts cardio. Thursday Chest & Tris. Friday Back & Bis.
