How much protein do you eat when trying to gain? I have been getting in 185 grams (1.5xbw), 244 carbs (2xbw), and 70 grams fat (~0.6 g/b) and still not gaining weight. I was wondering if I should bump everything up a bit, or keep protein whhere it is at and just up carbs/fats.
I apologize, I only just noticed the comment you left me after I added you as an inspirational member a couple of months ago.
As it happens, you might be able to give me some advice. What chest exercises to you do to get that definition on your lower pecs?
Thanks
