Did that chest workout today, massive pump indeed! I also added a set of push-ups till failure to finish off, it really killed my chest. How many times per week do you do this kind of workout?
Hey man things are goin good. I remember you sayin redce carbs so I went down from like 270 to 200-230 on lifting days and get in 240 grams protein (2 times body weight), but my question is do I make up the calories taken from carbs with fats WHat is your approach when gaining weight. I think I have been getting around 85 grams of fat a day. Do you find you make better gains on more fat, and when gaining do you eat more carbs?
