naw it wasn't so much physically as it was mentally...I'm getting in pretty close to 2800 calories a day and doin cardio 4 days a week with moderate lifting

yeah me too! lol i was feeling a lil down because I've been doing so much cardio and taking in less calories that I was losing some of my power but i went in there and put up some good numbers today so I'm back on my grind! how things going for you?

Naw man I haven't missed any days...don't you know me better than that yet? lol I just had to see how much power I've lost while trying to trim down and didnt want to be disappointed so i went in there focused! Wasn't too bad still managed to push 385lbs on the bench so I was satisfied. How have things been going on your end?

Naw I was going to but I decided to go ahead and do cardio yesterday and today then and probably gonna hit the weights tonight. I won't be doing any heavy lifting until monday though

I didn't eat as much as i thought I would but I enjoyed everything to the fullest!!! I only gained 2lbs too so I figure not much damage was done lol how about you?

Training on Thanksgiving!? Man if you do that you're more than back to normal...your more motivated than half of the people on this site including me lol School is going good though got my GPA at a 3.4 so I'm just relaxing until next December when I graduate. Training is going decent, been losing weight and cutting so I'm losing a lil power but its all good
