How I Started:
i worked out usually for football or track season in high school and then just fell in love with it over time.
Why I Love It:
i love breaking down the barriers of what i thought was impossible for me to do and i like to try and keep myself healthy. its also a very good stress reliever.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by listening to songs that hype me up, talking to other lifters, compliments i get, and the desire to never fail.

we keep each other motivated and make sure we push ourselves hard each time we are at the gym

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
naNO Vapor ( just started last week) because it came recommended from a well respected friend and I tried it and loved the results

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i tend to listen to my ipod because certain songs are instant motivation and I also look in the mirror to see where I am and think of what I have to do to get where I want to be

At any rate, I've been getting myself back into the swing of training regularly. Surprisingly I've been getting everything in with the exception of legs on a regular basis. However, this training week is about to be rushed due to the holiday and all.
How much longer you gonna be cutting for anyway?
yeah i am sitting at 227 i am strting to think i may need to go lower to get my bf% down. I wanna et ripped up then start to add new lean muscle tissue. I wanna be a mutant freak by summer time.
Yeah right. You know you'll do your heavy lifting tonight. You'll start feeling like light lifting is useless and before you know it, you'll be doing that crazy 405 for 12 again. And making me jealous all at the same time.
I haven't made my way to the scale yet. Maybe tonight. Like yourself I didn't eat as much as I had planned on BUT I do have a crapload of leftovers to munch on until probably monday.
Because I don't know, I think my training has escalated to something crazy. You resting til monday?
LOL, nah. I'd only train on thanksgiving to compensate for throwing all forms of quality eating to the wind. After the 3 meals and 2 pies by myself, I'd feel fat, awful, and well, at the old gym I'd go in to feel like it wasn't all that bad.
Man, you got me missing those years when a GPA used to be important. What you doing after you graduate anyway?
Man, I think I'm back to normal with the consistency, training, and other things involved. Time will tell and well, if I find myself training on thanksgiving, I'll definitely know i'm back.
