This was taken around the time I started to get serious about working out. I look back now and think "wow i thought i looked good then." haha

This is a picture from my first competition. I felt really good about how I looked and I was very happy with my results. I'm going to keep working hard though.

I was attempting to get a good picture of my abs so I could track the progress. I'm proud to say they have improved considerably.
