How I Started:
I had been working out for about a year before I really became consistant. Then around February or March of 2007, I decided I wanted to compete. I met an amazing trainer named Cheryl at my gym and we've been training together since March.
Why I Love It:
I love to be fit and feel good about myself. I also like to see how much I'm capable of. I'm extremely dedicated and I have a lot of self discipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation would have to be anticipation. I can't wait for my next competition and I want to look the best I can possibly look so that pushes me forward.

2nd Place National Qualifier at Model Southern California Regionals in Hermosa Beach 8/4/07, first competition

This was taken around the time I started to get serious about working out. I look back now and think "wow i thought i looked good then." haha
This is a picture from my first competition. I felt really good about how I looked and I was very happy with my results. I'm going to keep working hard though.
My goal is to win the 2007 Model America Championships in Hollywood.
Goal (Long):
I did really well at my first competition by qualifying for Nationals and I plan on continuing on to that competition. Before then, I really want to focus on putting on a little more muscle mass to shape my arms and legs. I don't have a lot of time before I have to start cutting again so I'm not expecting MAJOR changes. I want to go into the competition fairly lean, about 13-14% bodyfat. I'm really excited for this competition and I know that I can accomplish my goals.

I hit abs almost everyday but I do at least one very intense ab workout a week. My workout varies depending on my weak points but this is my basic weekly workout split.
As a fellow fan of peanut butter flavored things, have you tried Econowhey Peanutbutter Chocolate? It's really awesome and sweetened with stevia, hooray!
