Hey Polska, thanks for swinging by and making my day. Your looking about 10 pounds beefier since your last photo. Nice numbers on the lifts, Wish I had the testo of a 22 year old. Stay flexy and healthy.

Despite consistant workouts, I feel that I have made very little gains...in strength and size. Im a little disappointed with myself so I havent posted any new pics or measurements. Not until I notice progress will I post. Could be a long timeit.....Stay flexy and keep up your hard work!

Keep on squatin....If you had a lengthy record of your lifts its funny to see what you were squatin (or whatever) a year ago. Thats where you see major progress. Until then Squat, puke, rinse, repeat.

Things look good on your end...Legs are looking good and I'd say your hitting things with consistancy too. I track all my workouts on workout tracker. I'd be interested in some feedback on yours and my workouts.

Still plugging away consitantly, some days I think...yeah, I see some growth. Other days I think meh....thats it after all that! The mirror is fickle and likes to play with my mind. Anyways, I have been off of any and all supplements for a many months now (with the exception of whey, multi, and fish oil).

Best of luck in all your fitness goals. It looks like you got some good genetics there to make a monster of yourself. Its 70% diet and 30% hard work with many months of consistancy.

Saw your picture in Oxygen. You should be proud of yourself...its at that point I'd be going yeah...thats right..full page in Oxygen...next month the cover. I'd be lucky to make last page of Carbon Dioxide 8^).
