Goal (Long):
Most of my life I've been skinny to average. I have pencil legs that I inherited from my dad and really like to throw some tree stumps together. I dont care if I have a six pack or not. If it happens it happens. Big arms and chest are a must.
Ultimately I'd like to look like a brick **** house, but Im not getting any younger and I dont know if theres enough testo in me to build myself into one. Who knows I'll keep plugging away.
So I just came back from a holiday in Cuba with the family. The wife found a really good deal online on a sell off so it came up very quickly and we just took off. Now, I've been to Hawaii and Mexico several times, but when we stepped off the plane in Santa Clara is was this wall of...
Before the current program, I was working on a program with heavier weights and fewer reps each week. It didn't seem like so much weight then. Maybe you're right. Until I get back to that zone, I'll try a lighter weight. I can always add more if it "feels right".
I'm impressed you know there is a difference between training and just working out.. Most don't. Credits and kudos !!! Yes, I am a wanna be athlete... I wish I were an Olympian. I'd do life over again if i could come back as one of those swimmers or track stars.
GUESS I could use the bodyblog more efficiently. I do keep paper logs. I printed the workout log off of here a couple of weeks ago "The Get a Bigger Bench Training Plan". Using it as a base and added a few things I feel I need for growth & Symmetry. I'm in week 3.
HOW'S THE BULK GOING BIG GUY? HOPE YOU'RE TRAINING HARD! Noticed you used the NX CARE trifecta once. I used them a few years back with GOOD results, but like you the progress fizzled without taking more & MORE. Sticking with BASIC powders mixed in lightly flavored water. GREAT test boost from a plain old TRIBULUS, DHEA & CHRYSIN stack. BE BUFF BRO!~D
hey guy how are the workouts going? I hope this finds you well and stayin focused.
have a great weekend.
still Love the Phillies hat! even if you are from Canada
