Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): After hitting my first goal of reaching 200 pounds (185 start). I want to continue bulking to 215 pounds.
Goal (Long): Most of my life I've been skinny to average. I have pencil legs that I inherited from my dad and really like to throw some tree stumps together. I dont care if I have a six pack or not. If it happens it happens. Big arms and chest are a must. Ultimately I'd like to look like a brick shit house, but Im not getting any younger and I dont know if theres enough testo in me to build myself into one. Who knows I'll keep plugging away.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Hey Leaf I appreciate the profile comment. I was just saying it like it was man that Tropszzz guy is a real tool. The type that thinks he's better than everybody else and is right about everything and try to one-up you. I know a few people like that. You know...you have a cold, they have the flu. Whatever man just keep working hard and eat clean you'll be fine. Your progress pics tell the story that still has a long way to go before the ending. Later!

Thanks bud, yea I need to cut and will cut naturally due to my 8 month long rugby season. I need to be extremely strong while being light. I usually put on 20 lbs in the off season then cut back down pre-season so I can run fast. I will probably be walking around at 215 anyways, which for being 5'10'' is still above average for my position. Good luck with your training, plus I have some vary effective bulking strategies if you at all interested let me know.

Yea buddy... I was busting out of my 36" waist on my clothes. I started eating leaner, working a 5 day split routine, and weight is back up to 190 morning weight and skin thickness is down. Today my waist is 35.25 and I'm Smiling with the Animal Stak cycle this month!!
