I was just starting out so some noob gains but alot of fat over it
I felt weak, sick, too skinny when cutting...i got "skinny fat and didnt like it...apr 1st i started dirty bulking, and i was 180 when i started, got up to 205...lifts went up, size went up, and also fat went up...i start my low carb cut now

Goal (Long):
When i was younger i was always a pretty chubby kid. i never even considered dieting until i saw MTV true life with all the fat people in it and realized i didnt want to be that. after seeing the rogram i asked my mom to sign me up to balys because she want there...i didnt get much done therte i shed maybe 10 lbs just walking on the treadmill with no incoine every day for a month and then doing a few weight machines to "tone up." I decided enough was enough and im gonna go hardcore. I started lifting pretty every day(bad idea) and really overtrained my muscles to the point where i didnt even want to go to the gym anymore. i asked a few of my friends for advice and they told me to go to the gym i go to now because theyre more geared towards bodybuilding so i joined. its been all good form there ive gotten considerably stronger and gotten more defined whilt dropping 5% body fat in the process...as of now im hovering near 195-197 mark and want to cut down to 175, and be able to turn heads in on the beach and not be ashamed of what i am
yeah im planning on going with my guido friends(no guido)but i heard a lot of the chicks there are fat or are they all hot slutty guidettes? oh and wow strong emo below me
I keep a VERY close watch on my diet. I eat clean. I monitor my progress...I'm constantly analyzing and reanalyzing myself. I don't let my body adapt to diet or exercise. I keep myself educated as best I can...little things like that.
