i pride myself on being smart. being fit makes me think better; it makes me smarter, which in turn makes me better @ making money. plus the ladies love it.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
roller blading. especially in a place like prospect park which has variable inclines/declines. great cardio and is low impact. I run stairs in prospect park to alternate.
