What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
roller blading. especially in a place like prospect park which has variable inclines/declines. great cardio and is low impact. I run stairs in prospect park to alternate.

none in particular. Just try to get it in on a regular basis - 2 to 3 times a week.

yeah man, im tryin hard right now to clean up my diet and fix my sleep schedule, but its hard with school and work... but hey, i'd gladly take any advice you've got, like what training programs u have or supplements... seriously appreciate the add
