I played football, so I knew it would help me out to gain some muscle, and, really, I just wanted to impress people.
Why I Love It:
The visible results and the feeling that I'm making the healthiest use of my time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm addicted at this point, but compliments do a lot of the motivating. Any time I get a compliment, it means something and makes my day just a little better.

In the long run, I'd like to gain about 25 pounds, but I realize to add that much mass without gaining too much fat, I'm gonna have to be patient, so the short term goal's 10 pounds in the next two months.
Monday: Chest/tris/abs
Tuesday: Bis/calves
Wednesday: Legs/abs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Shoulders/calves/abs
Weekends: Off (I might do cardio one of the two days, depending on how I feel)
