I was tired of being a cronic dieter. Once a cardio queen, now a weight lifting junkie. I wouldn't have it any other way.
I live for intense workouts, the harder the more pumped I get. Bring it!!!!
Why I Love It:
Working out especially body building makes me feel strong, powerful, like I can take on anything. Oh and the great body that come with it is a definite bonus!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just wake up every morning looking forward to getting in a good workout.
there hasn't been a day where I don't love the heavy weight, intense workouts and sweat dripping
BB Accomplishments:
5th place outta 8 in 1st time, 5th place outta 9 in novice.
1st place next year in the CAN/AM and Northeast!!!!

I dropped by to compliment you on building a competition ready physique. You are proof that if you challenge yourself to do the best that you can do the results will be well worth it. What you are doing inspires others so keep up the great work. Remember: "

Hey Heather,..stay strong! True strength is tested during our weakest moments!

Great photographic record of the show. I can't wait to see the progression from your very first progress pictures through your next show. I've often heard the biggest leaps a competitive bodybuilder makes are from the first to second shows. A knowledge and experience gained from the first show really helps put things together. Great job.
