for bulking in general most people get more carbs then 25% and less protein then 45%.. you really only need 1 g per bodyweight for good results.. but this is totally up to you.. i would try a 40/30/30 or a 40/35/25 and see what would happen to ur results.. having a bit more energy from some carbs will only benefit in the gym unless you are really carb sensative.. get back at me man! best of look and u look damn impressive! great body

yeah i work at the gym and i have class with adam in Anthro and English.. get at me sometime.. look at my pic and hit me up at the gym.. im usually behind the counter just stop by and introduce urself bro
