thanks for the great advices man ! i am currently in the process of making a diet program for the clean bulk & try to keep the waist tight.. kind of like what ur goals are.. but i am new to the whole calorie counting thing so it can get confuing.. ill put some things together & get ur insight on it soon. thanks again bro.

hello bro, i've noticed ur useful comments on the forums & since i get no replies on my posts =[ i thought i'd ask u directly if my ratio of 45/25/30 p/c/f is ok for really clean bulking. most of my complex carbs are earlier in the day. help a fellow lifter bro.

Hey, thanks for your comments to my post. My list of foods to eat right now is spot on with yours, it just makes sense! I know that I'll just have to hit it hard once I'm better. I'll let you know how it goes. Good luck with your training!
