How I Started:
I joined athletics in middle school just to hang out with friends. I worked out all through high school. Very poorly though. Then I stopped working out all together. I went up to about 220. Then just decided to start loosing weight. Now I'm working out 3 times a week.

So I've been doing a my cardio but I've been missing the gym time. I'm hoping to pick it back up next week. I would start this week I just don't want to run 6 miles already sore.
