How I Stay Motivated:
Keep a positive attitude and always try to better myself. Basically if what I do today is not bigger or better than yesterday, I haven't accomplished anything.
BB Accomplishments:
I broke my back in February and I've gone from 130 to my current weight!
Got some motivation from my trainer after my month long break and now he is demanding i kick ass for the next 5 months so I can mop the floor with all the other girls on stage...just jokes! But yes, im feeling the pressure and feeling cool under it. Whats new with you?
