Overall Goal: It's been awhile, but I am back on BB.com! Put on some mass this Winter, and looking forward to getting shredded for spring.

How I Started:
Sports: Basketball and Football in high school. Lacrosse in college.
After college, there were no more practices. I started putting that time in to the weightroom and it became a passion. I loved the way my body responded. Now I am just committed to putting on lean muscle.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great when I am done. The feeling after a great workout is incredible. Keeps me coming back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have sketchy health care.
Also, it is pretty cool that there are this many individuals this committed to fitness. It helps. There are some incredible physiques on this site, and a lot of people post their routines. I know if I use these, I will get the results I want!
BB Accomplishments:
Not looking to compete, just looking to be in optimal shape.

Goal (Long):
I want to throw on about 15 pounds if I can! Thank you to all of my new friends here on BS. You all are great motivation! Just trying to keep up!
I have always been into fitness, but have gotten much more serious this last 18 months. I have a naturally smaller frame, so I have been working consistantly to add muscle, and it is starting to pay off. Being healthy makes me feel great, and it is really interesting to see how sticking to a lifting plan can produce huge gains.
I am also still trying to find a good balance between friends and fitness. I defintiely want to hang out with friends so I get to see them, but I am really trying to stay focused on hitting my goals. Just have to keep lifting and controlling my diet.
