Non, je crois simplement que tu boost des performances. tu ne peux pas squatter plus moi et avoir des cuisse beaucoup plus petites. le bench press sa se peut car ta des bonne épaules, meme si le bench press n'est pas pour les épaules...

235 in bench press is a lot, I cannot do 200. You arms is 27-28 cm and mine 35.5. So how? Anyway, I dont care. Continue on this way ;-)

I dont think you have 15% bodyfat, because 10% and above we see abs, and we see your abs. So your goal is done I think. Congratulations.

C quoi le meilleur entrainement ? 3 fois par semaine full body ou bien : 2 fois les muscles de poussés du haut du corps + abs ; 2X les muscles de tirage du haut du corps + abs ; 1 jour de cardio ; 1 jour pour les jambes ; 1 jour de repos . par semaine (bien que c +8 jours dans mon cas je prends 2 jours de repos).

Ok, you rock! Me, Im affraid to use too many creatine like 5 grams per day. I use only 1 gram 20-30 minutes before workout and 1g immediately after workout. Creatine effect is 15 sec maximum, its why I work 5 repetiton (also). Me way is the best way? What you say for help me?

Ok so I stay with my creatine monohydrate. When the pot is empty, I buy better quality creatine like alkalyne. I have whey protein and casein too (supplement). the ANABOLIC PUMP work well ? But im affraid, I do not use dangerous product.
