I want to get back to where I used to be and learn to fight! oh and be in the best shape of my life!
Goal (Long):
I used to be quite fit, working out 6 days a week with cardio and weights then I went through some stressful times and all that went out the window. I relieved my stress through food and alcohol and stopped exercising regularly. Put on 20 pounds, so now I'm taking control of my life again and taking care of myself. I want to be in even better shape then I ever was and I want to learn how to box and kickbox. Learning a sport really helps you to get in shape and boxing is a serious workout!
glad to hear your cardio is shaping up! my training to going great, im actually dabbling in instructing at the gym where i train. its new and exciting so who knows where that will lead? ;0)
I'm having nutrition-diet problems everyday, very difficult getting a handle on. Pretty much everyday for the past 10 days I've had to say...there's tomorrow to start clean again.
Do cardio everyday 'cause it gets me "out of my head" and fortunately get in "the zone" most days.
Just dropping in to say hello and congratulations for joining this space. I've recently joined as well and think that it will help me alot with motivation. I hope you reach your goals (looks like we're kind of on the same goal path). Good Luck!
