Workout Program:
At the moment I am doing light exercise at home in the lead up to the birth.
1x per week lower body workout (exercises using own body weight)
1x per week upper body workout (exercises using light dumbbells)
2x per week 20 min walk
I also do transverse abdominal work and stretch/meditate most days of the week.
