Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
Yes. Polar. This has been particularly helpful throughout my pregnancy as I can monitor my HR to make sure I'm in the right range.
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
It changes all the time depending on what my goals are.

Make sure you get someone with knowledge to show you how to train correctly and safely so you don't get injured.
