I have always been into sports and fitness ever since I was little. Now I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Sport Aerobic Coach, Lifestyle Consultant, Fitness Model and Motivational Speaker. I have been involved in fitness for 15 years and I wake up everyday loving what I do. I am just about to launch my own personal training website called www.ptonline.tv. Well I only have 3 weeks until my due date! I've have been busy preparing the room and getting all the last minute things! Wow there are so many things you need for a baby, its incredible. I have really enjoyed my pregnancy and can't wait to finally meet her.
At the moment I am doing light exercise at home in the lead up to the birth.
1x per week lower body workout (exercises using own body weight)
1x per week upper body workout (exercises using light dumbbells)
2x per week 20 min walk
I also do transverse abdominal work and stretch/meditate most...
Just working hard on getting some fat to melt off. I've been doing some HIIT and trying to do a cutting diet. Hopefully on New Years day there will be some pics i can be proud to unveil. Well i hope you don't have to be induced to get the baby to come along

I was watching Worlds recently and it got me thinking about back when we were training at the AIS. I had tried to find you through facebook, but was unsuccessful, then I found this site.
I see you're married and pregnant - congrats! You seem to have done really well for yourself! I was hoping to get back in touch with you as I have done with some of our friends from back in the day.
