Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pros: Variety of equipment and social atmosphere.
Cons: It can get so packed that if I don't go super early in the morning, it can be difficult to get a decent workout in.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
It makes me laugh when people grunt, but I have caught myself accidentally doing it a time or two :P
Do you socialize while at the gym?

Hello how have you been? Are you still training hard? I am going through Therapy so I am not going to be able to make the Cinco De Mayo run. I will probablly be down for a while but I hope to be ready for the Heartbreak Ridge Half Marathon on base. Just thought I would drop by to see how things were going. Hope that all is well.

If I am not mistaking it is in the Poway area. I was going to do the hard core run on base but I am no way near ready for that my diet and cardio has been sucking wind lately. The plan is to do all 10K's and 5k's up until the heart break ridge run in September which is a half marathon. Want to try to cut that down to an Hour and some change.

Hello there I live in San Marcos if you are familar with that. So are you an Active member and when I say that I mean active.com. not sure if you run marathons or anything like that but it keeps your posted on all the things that are going on in the area. My nexy with be the Cinco de Mayo run its only 5k but it has been a long long time for me. Once again thank you for your friendship.
