How I Started:
I realized that skinny doesn't mean pretty, it means unhealthy and very often not happy. I put my disordered eating habits aside and joined the gym to transform my body in a positive way for once!
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better after going to the gym; its refreshing and it keeps me from getting stressed. The gym clears my head makes me feel my best everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
I track my progress and am constantly working to break my own records and achieve new victories. I am much healthier and happier now and could never go back to the way that I was. Everyday there is a new challenge and it never gets old!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but I would love to get started in fitness competitions one day!

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I didnt know how to push myself when it started to get hard... now I know the difference between feeling a burn as opposed to being in pain

So I feel like it has been forever and I know that I have definitely been slacking in more ways than one but I am back now!  It was a crazy semester but it is just about over and I am back into working out and a clean diet all over again :) I put on a few pounds over the winter which I think...
