How I Started:
I realized that skinny doesn't mean pretty, it means unhealthy and very often not happy. I put my disordered eating habits aside and joined the gym to transform my body in a positive way for once!
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better after going to the gym; its refreshing and it keeps me from getting stressed. The gym clears my head makes me feel my best everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
I track my progress and am constantly working to break my own records and achieve new victories. I am much healthier and happier now and could never go back to the way that I was. Everyday there is a new challenge and it never gets old!

None yet but I would love to get started in fitness competitions one day!
