Generally I try to stay away from wheat and dairy, I haven't been too strict on it lately but my goal is to keep clear of all white breads and pastas and minimize my dairy intake (only because I have a sensitivity to it) But I really enjoy greek yogurt, thats the only thing.
I love smoothies and peanutbutter (top 2 favourite foods) and fruit of course. My goal is to start eating loads of veggies throughout the day like I used to and drink a lOT of water, especially since I run long distances and dehydration takes a toll on you.
