How I Started:
I have always been active throughout my life with some sort of physical activity. Sports, Running, Biking, Hiking.
Why I Love It:
I always feel better after a workout. More energetic and satisfied, the muscle soreness is a kind of gratifying feeling, because it's from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
It doesn't take much, everyday above ground is a Great Day! I try to be grateful for the things I have; Family, Friends, accomplishments. I want to be around to watch my kids grow up. I want to maintain my active lifesytle and a healthy body makes it easier easy.

No major Accomplishements yet, But will post as soon as i do. Working on my Cardio and Bodytoning and muscle strength.

Goal (Long):
My goal is mostly to drop weight without losing Muscle. I want to build up my arms, I want 18 inch Biceps. And drop my waistline down at least 5 inches. My goals on abs is to be able to see them without having to flex to the point of damn near passing out. I want to have a six pack. My overall goal is, to get down to about 190 with about 15% body fat. I will be happy with that.
