Hey guys :-) thx for following my progress. Just got back from Slovakia, were I attend to my second competition and place 3 place in bodybuilding woman. I start this week, my period of 4 months at the hospital (nursing assistant) in the heart intensivecare centrer and it is very excited. I take a break this week and start at the gym next week, as I want to prepare properly for the net season (here in Europe start already in April-May

Sorry to hear about it :-( I was looking forward meeting you...I am kind of tired. weak up at 5 am running school training home and sleeping at 10-11 pm...hardcore program. But Im excited, I got the winner dress, the winner bikini, the winner body and the winner attitude...So now I will go there and get what belongs to me: My tropheo :-)

Hello my dear, friends The training is getting harder. My body look great, but still 4 weeks to go..I am very excited and I look forward to be on satge, even thoug I get buterflys in my belly just thinking about it :-)
