Overall Goal: To make a profound change in overall shape and composition by Easter 2010. Two year until I'm 50. I want to be (No) I will be in the best shape of my life by then. About 90kg, no pot and a physique that turns heads (for a guy my age.)
Fit Status:

Ask LateStarterGuy for an update.
Sick and tired of being out of shape. (lets not mention the various lectures from a couple of Doctors over the past year or two.)
Why I Love It:
Able to think Clearer, focus better and deliver more with less effort. Transforming is the icing on the cake!
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at my before pictures to remind me where I don't want to be and browsing other folk's success stories on this site! (Once I start seeing some improvements, I promise I'll consider posting them up here.) Might even actually post them!
BB Accomplishments:
I started!
I've kept going for 2 weeks (so far)!
Forum Signature:
"Even the highest mountains are only conquered 1 rep at a time."
(Just made that up, Hmmm, not too bad. Yeah, I think I like that!)
p.s. Sorry to the guy who came up with the original saying.

This guy is what I could be (if I stick to it and have a life time or two to get there.) No harm in shooting for the stars. He's about a year older than me and a kick-arse long (long, long) term goal to aspire to. Thanks attmandu!
Wow! When you're 47 years of age and you're just starting out - how can Oldsuperman NOT be an inspiration? What better way of telling folks how you can achieve your goals than to be living proof of it.
Oldsuperman, I have but one issue with your BodySpace entry. Your name! Guess Youngsuperman was either taken or too long? Thanks for showing me that "over the hill" exists only if you do nothing...
I thought it was time I added another post seeing as I haven't for a week or two now. For you many millions of folk who are tracking my progress (ok, 1 by last counts, maybe 2), I'm pleased to report that everything is still going per plan.
I am incredibly honored and would like to thank you for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you here at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to continue believing that fitness truly can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
