Overall Goal: I weigh in at 314 right now I would like to maintain the mass that I have and lean out to around 230-235, see what I look like at that weight and go from there

would taking novedex xt and plasma jet together be a good combination? and do test booster kill your sex drive I read some reviews and did see that some people mentioned it will do that,. I thought it would have the opposite effect
ANY HIT OF HINDERANCE OF SEX DRIVE IS NOT WORTH ALL THE MUSCLES IN THE WORLD. IF THERE IS A HINT OF RUMOR ON THAT MESS YOU SHOULD STAY CLEAR. ALL BUFF AND NO WOOD AINT NO GOOD!!
You should cycle off for a week. Your body is smart really smart and will get use to normal dosage. Take a week off. This will cause the stuff to continue have benefits for you.
YEP 350 LB, YOU READ IT RIGHT. DROPPED A 150 LB IN ONE YEAR JUST IN TIME FOR MY HAWAII TRIP. COME THIS AUG IT WILL 2 YEARS THAT I HAVE KEPT THE WEIGHT OFF. I AM NO LONGER 200 LB AS I HAVE GAINED SOME WEIGHT IN MUSCLE AND YES SOME FAT TOO. BUT CURRENTLY I AM PUSHING IT IN THE GYM TO GAIN SIZE AND DOING MORE CARDIO TO LEAN OUT.
Hey man, I read the comment that you want to keep your mass, but lose 80lbs. How do you go about doing that? I'm very new to exercise. I thought that if you lose weight, then you lose mass too?? Thanks for your time
I forgot to mention that dips are really great for tri's and will fill out the chest. It is old school and Arnold, Sergio and guys of old who had huge arms and chest would superset dips with their chest and tri exercise. Another one is DB overhead extensions with two hands. I find this very comfortable on the elbow. And reverse grip bench is a good one but it hurts my shoulder, which is another issue.
You have some serious size bro. And yes the close grip is the grand daddy of mass builders for Tri's (next to skulls my he rest in peace). I another guy posted that french presses are great too. I will give them a try. But you cannot go wrong with the close grip bench.
I was actually at Accel and joined there when it first opened. It is pretty nice and has great equipment. I have a 15-month old son though and once he was born there was a lot less time to get to the gym, etc. So I started finishing my basement and put a Smith machine, etc down there. YOu have to be a little more creative with some exercises but I don't miss having to look at naked old dudes strutting around the locker room, etc., thats for sure.
