Its always been something that i wanted to do, but never had the time to until now
Why I Love It:
It gives me extra confidence and keeps me healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror everyday and see the body i have, and then visualize the body i want. That always gives me an extra boost of motivation to stay on my workout program
My whole life ive always dreamed and wished i could have a hard, lean, muscular body, but never really put in the effort to get it. I have tried workout programs before, but stopped because lack of motivation and not seeing fast results. Now im ready to put forth the time and effort to get the body that i have long been waiting for. I want to fully transform my entire body. Huge arms, ripped abs, massive legs, and have a low body fat percentage so everyone can see the body that i have worked hard for. I know Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will my body but hopefully with my new found motivation and support from my online fitness friends i will achieve my goals.
When I went to the gym today i was suppose to do a shoulder workout, but i was feeling pumped and wanted to try something new. So, i picked a few exercises to see if i got and stronger and boy was i suprised!. i did Dumbbell Shrug x15 with 70lbs, 180lbs Lat Pulldown x3, and Squat 160lbs x4....
Going great so far! Had a touch of the tendinitis and had been off for about 3 weeks but i'm back at it and gettin swole! heh
How's your training going? Whatever you're doing to your back, keep doing it! :D
I'm pretty much where I want to be weight wise. In fact, I may want to loose a few pounds now (I gained about 25 pounds since August 2006, and am pretty happy with it. Just want to get bf down a touch to show a little more of my abs. Right now there's no six pack...just a few cans. :-)

My weight is going up pretty quick, I went from 151 to 158 pretty quick, I havn't checked in a few days. I've got some weight gainer on the way so hopefully that helps
Man, I wish I knew how my body fat goal was coming along. I should measure but eh, I'm being lazy. I've just been using the mirror and liking what I see so I guess I'm doing well. I do wish this would go a tad bit faster though.
What is your diet like to get that extra 10-15 lbs you want though?
