I love seeing my body change and get bigger, the compliments are good too
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror everyday and see the body i have, and then visualize the body i want. That always gives me an extra boost of motivation to stay on my workout program
I want huge arms, ripped abs, massive legs, and have a low body fat percentage so everyone can see the body that I have worked hard for. Want to look and feel good, inside and out. Looking to compete within the next 6-8 months...maybe

So here is a reply, 6 months later. Muddy Buddy is a Ride and Run Race that you do with a partner switching off between mountain biking and Running and doing obstacles.
Hey Larry, I've been doing pretty good. I've already lost some weight and my eating habits are starting to change. Just got back from Thanksgiving vacation. I was in the country and decided to take advantage of the landscape. I was running on hay bails! And they were not the little square ones, these were the huge round bails you see going past on a road. It seemed to me that running in the country was like strength training in the gym. Hope your workouts are going great.
Larry, I don't think it is brutal at all. Of course, before this I had been doing the Navy Seal's workout for 6 months. Ab Ripper X is by far the hardest, but everything else is very doable I think. It is a good program for sure.
