Review: Optimum 100% Whey Protein is one of my favorite protein powders, and supplements of all time. It helps build muscle along with a great diet, and exercise. The rocky road flavor is just my personal favorite flavor because it tastes great and can be used as a meal if you don't think you can handle 5-7 small meals a day. Mix it with lowfat milk or skim milk and it is fantastic.

I give Optimum 100% Whey Protein Rocky Road a 10/10!
