Today's gym session was great, I felt that A M A Z I N G pump every body building nut goes for. I love the feeling. After I lose this extra weight that we all come to know as fat. I am going to aim for competing in the amateur contests.
I am not quite done my exercises, I always finish up...

I was happy with 5th. It was my first show, and a great learning experience. I only started really working out last April. And better than that I got my sponsor, Black China Labs!! That's even better than I could have hoped for.

HIIT will do it for you baby. It has been shown to be the number 1 fat burner. By far. Add that to some weight resistance and the fat will melt off. Good luck my friend.

Thanks. This is the HIIT program I use when working out w my staff. The one I use on my own at night is 10 stations at 3 min each w a min rest in between each station.
