My short term goal is to get to the gym 5-6 times a week, with some days being 2x training sessions. I want to lose 1-2 lbs per week until I reach my goal.
Its official I fell off :( Went though a tough tough couple of months. I am 100% accountable and am turning a new leaf to try to get back to my old self. Thanks for all your support.
