Do you currently have a workout partner?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
An occasional grunt is ok, but if you're lifting so heavy that you do it loudly and constantly, you're lifting too heavy.
Do you socialize while at the gym?

So, After letting other things (like life) get in the way of my routines, I find myself back at the beginning. This time I seem to have gotten myself in a bind. I bet my sister $100.00 that I would lose 20 pounds by March 1st. So far I'm holding at 205........I started at 200. Oh, boy.......
