How I Started:
I'm 32 yrs old and I look like I'm 40. I continue because I went from 145 in high school to leaving the Marines at 225 and 28% body fat. Now, I'm in the Guard and trying toget to at least 190.

Lannasmanchanged Weight from 223 lbs. to 221 lbs., a 2 lb. loss in 85 days
So, After letting other things (like life) get in the way of my routines, I find myself back at the beginning. This time I seem to have gotten myself in a bind. I bet my sister $100.00 that I would lose 20 pounds by March 1st. So far I'm holding at 205........I started at 200. Oh, boy.......
your looking good sgt , you 2in taller then I'm drown to 198lb try lap swimming 45-60 min day and light weights 5-6 sets 12-16 rep you be ripped and no time and the women will not take there eye off you . Its happen to me now
