1st of all you really do look amazing.
Ive not been doing well. Ive been going through some extreamly challenging times lately.I sabotage myself n tell myself that I am not worth it.Horrible I know, but it is where I am.
Aren't you glad you asked? I did go running after hearing yet another lie and did find it enjoyable, it was sweet time and helped me but some things into perspective.
Thanks for asking, your thoughtfulness in thinking of me came at a perfect time.

I love your goals. Keep it up you are sooo close. My 10yo is a gymnast and can do the planche, I know how hard it is and the strength that it takes to do it. I can't wait to see your planche photo.

Thanks Dianna. How are you doing on your 5lb lose before July? I love your photo of your biceps. I love that you are muscular yet still very femine. Keep up the good work and I think it is time for some updated photos. :)

I do need to post progress pics. I am going to try to do it at the end of week 4. I am thinking every 3 weeks. I am a little scared, I still see myself as a fatty-something I need to work on.

This is the 1st week that I actually feel good. The first 2 were hard for me. I do find that I have a hard time with my cardio for lack of energy that I am use to from my carbs.
How bout you? How are you doing with the added rice? Did you get any Celluclor supp? If so what did you get and how do you like it?
Keep plugging along, you can do this.

I am on week 2. The work out part is the easy part for me, it's the eating that is challenging. I am just going to keep pushing through though. I did buy a Total Gym at a garage sale and have been doing some the same exercises at home and can tell a difference in my back--now I need to get rid of the back fat. Are you starting to get your energy back yet? I know you can't wait to be feeling better, I hope it happens real soon. Till next time. Lanie

I like the thought of a trial run. Today was the purest day for me, I even got an awesome cardio in. I was mad as heck over something and took it out on the eliptical. We can do this. Thanks for the support and encouragment. How are you doing eating the gummy bears and not cheating with them in the house? I personally wish they had them in the vending machine at the gym so the temptation of them in the house wasn't here. :) Have a killer rest of week 1.
