Vennom- How i got my Abs: Hardcore football 3x a week. Eating a shit load of good foods. 4x Leg raises untill failure (straight legged) 4x weighted crunches, 4x normal ab crunches(about 100-150) 1 weighted, 1 normal and so on untill 4 of each was completed. 2x per week. Then at home i did a floor routine.(1x per week) 3x 200 crunches. 2x heel touches (75 each time) 1x 6inch footraise for aslong as pos 2x 50 concerntrated really slow situps. Oct 31, 2008 8:11am
