How I Started:
I grew up on a dairy farm and I was always the small kid so in 7th grade i started lifting competitively in High School. Now I run D1 track in college and getting ready for my deployment.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after lifting hard where you cant even move your muscles just feel swollen. I also feel better, my clothes fit better, and look better
How I Stay Motivated:
I set goals on how I want to look. Every day people come up to me and ask me if Im on steroids. It makes me mad that they think that but it is a compliment in a way because I know I'm not on them and I have changed the way my body looks this much so far just by working hard and not cutting corners.
BB Accomplishments:
broke school bench press record at 132 lb. weight class

Goal (Long):
to get my weight back up to 160 lbs. and get my figure back... I had a rough summer I lost 20 lbs. in 4 months and my bench went down 100 lbs. I guess thats what turning 21 does to you.
does anyone else have loose skin around there waist... im shiny but i have skin on my sides that i can grab onto what is a good way to get that to tighten up???
yea im gna go down my arm, each part of it means something.. its called a whakapapa. Yea ben harpers one was done at a place in NZ. Hes got a bach near where i live
