It doesn't make you feel jittery like hydroxycut because its lower on the caffeine its great though you should definitely give it a try

i eat pro every 2-3 hours. i do cardio 4 times a week and lift 4-7 days a week.

god i know how that goes!!! i have an elbow injury and i have been wanting to work tri's for like 3 weeks, but every time i go to finally do it i just injure it more... :(

take the EZ bar and do a medium weight for you, do 7 reps going half way up then without putting it down do 7 reps from the half-way point all the way to the top and still without putting it down do 7 full reps
