I was ready for a change. My one problem was I made poor eating choices and didn't know what I had to do to achieve a good physique.
Why I Love It:
I am constantly gathering information and making changes to my diet. I think that is what makes a great bodybuilder. Everyone is different; you have to first understand your body's needs and learn how it reacts to certain things.
How I Stay Motivated:
You are your only true competition. There is always that internal drive to do more. You are the only person that can help you reach your goals. The results that you achieve are always carried with you, wherever you go whatever you do.
BB Accomplishments:
October 1, 2005 - I won 1st place in the Junior Short Division, Natural N.B.I. Bodybuilding Pro/AM
March 11, 2006 - I won both the Novie Lightweight and the Overall Novice Titles as well as Best Poser in the Novice Class - 2006 Natural N.B.I. Tri-State Open Bodybuilding Championships.

In the same vein as those essays we all had to write back in Elementary school like "How I spent my summer vaction" or "What Columbus Day means to me", I decided to blog about what Competition means to me. Here it goes:
man i really gotta ask you, how do you get that lean staying natural?!! how long do you diet for a contest, how many carbs highest/lowest amounts would you eat at any given time during the cutting phase? what time of the day do you do cardio, first thing? ANY reply would be awesome, just experimenting with cutting up and what works best for me now
You are doing great and I applaud you for your decision to stay natural.
You are a role model for other lifters and especially younger bodybuilders who think that they have to juice to get big.
Keep up the great work.
Hey, your delts and arms are awesome! Your profile is really cool too; I read a bunch of it. Great work on how far you've come, man! So, are you a pro?
