I was ready for a change. My one problem was I made poor eating choices and didn't know what I had to do to achieve a good physique.
Why I Love It:
I am constantly gathering information and making changes to my diet. I think that is what makes a great bodybuilder. Everyone is different; you have to first understand your body's needs and learn how it reacts to certain things.
How I Stay Motivated:
You are your only true competition. There is always that internal drive to do more. You are the only person that can help you reach your goals. The results that you achieve are always carried with you, wherever you go whatever you do.
BB Accomplishments:
October 1, 2005 - I won 1st place in the Junior Short Division, Natural N.B.I. Bodybuilding Pro/AM
March 11, 2006 - I won both the Novie Lightweight and the Overall Novice Titles as well as Best Poser in the Novice Class - 2006 Natural N.B.I. Tri-State Open Bodybuilding Championships.
June 30, 2007 - INBF Hercules Bodybuilding Championships Super Pro Qualifier - 1st place Open Middleweight Class - WNBF Pro Card Winner
September 13, 2008 - WNBF Pro International - 5th Place Pro Men Middleweight

I just ran across your Bspace. Your most recent pictures are Oct. 2008. Great! Update your "contest history" so we know where you competed that day. I gather it was a WNBF show. Congrats on the pro title.
Yoo Lando, were you at the Yorton Cup show? I competed in the novice tall/open tall. Placed first in novice tall but third in open. Just wondered if you were there. I thought u looked real familiar. You look great brother!
man i really gotta ask you, how do you get that lean staying natural?!! how long do you diet for a contest, how many carbs highest/lowest amounts would you eat at any given time during the cutting phase? what time of the day do you do cardio, first thing? ANY reply would be awesome, just experimenting with cutting up and what works best for me now
