How I Started:
Got out of the shower one day looked in the mirror and started wondering why my wife was with me. I had let myself go, gotten out of shape and over weight.
Why I Love It:
It keeps you healthy, you get sick less, you look better, I liked the way my wife looked at me when we first met back when i was lean and cut. I want that back.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at my beautifull wife and realize she deserves a better healthier me.
BB Accomplishments:
First and formost to lose the fat that Iv gotten since I was put at a desk job. Secondly to start transforming my body into the best I can make it.

To plan a cycle work out and supplement schedule that will help me shred fat till i get down to around 150 lbs, then create and second cycle work out and supplement schedule for getting cut and bulking up. My ultimate goal is to transform my body into something that makes my wife weak in the knees I want her to see me and find herself not thinking right :) lol.
