I have always been an active kid,that combined with great Genetics made me a great athlete and my physique developed from that.At first i never used weights i was naturaly strong and fit, but when i was finaly allowed to use weights i wasnt seriouse with it so i just worked out hear and there for Wrestling.That changed in mid 2006 when i stop wrestling and started experimenting with weights which led to signing up at Fitness 19 in Jan of 07, ware i decided to make this a lifestyle and compete.
Why I Love It:
It's hard to say i love Sports i love seeing results, i like the pump, and the filling of heavy weights i love pushing myself mentaly and physicaly, it's a lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my results daily and watch Youtube videos like the ones i have embeded on my Bodyspace,i also have WT at school.

I feel that mass is just mass unless it's coupled with symmetry and praportion, if the physique doesnt flow together it defeats the purpose it's a Physique Contest not a Bodypart Contest.

:WHAT WORKOUT PLAN WORKED BEST FOR ME?
I workout my legs,arms,back,and chest, twice a week with legs always being on Monday and with each muscle group having a heavy and light day. I workout 5 times a week with 6 only for cutting, i never workout for more than a hour. Resting time between sets...
Actually yeah I did. I watched some of the bodybuilding videos on YouTube and under the word "bodybuilding", thats where yours and everyone else's videos were. The reason why I figured you were well known was because of your sponsorship and some of the much bigger shows you've done like the Arnold Classic. I am really trying to get a sponsorship and actually be able to compete in those bigger shows, but being out here in TN doesn't give me much opportunity.

hey bro for 133 lbs you are in impresive shape. thats great motovation to everyone else. i remember listening to some guy go on and on about how you need to weigh atleast 160 for and actualy muscle definition to be shown off but u kill it bro nice!
