for real dude look into it i saw massive gains fast when i was on the 5x5 program and once my diet was right, well once i got that started right it was the only time i saw real muscle definition in my body i was just getting stronger before but once my diet was legit my muscle definition kicked in fast dude

you should really look up different programs brotha, just focusing on one thing isn't good man, i would recommend Mad cows 5x5 program or a simple split routine to get you started

honestly man have you even been seeing any fat loss and muscle gains? your setting yourself up for failure man, you going to lose weight for a while but its muscle and some fat, you would be better of upping your calorie intake based on how much your exercising, how much have you been exercising?

you got to find a good plan man, dont do a diet just make a life style change, i changed my diet like 4 times and im back on the one i found easiest and its the one that makes you eat healthy lol not any really hardcore precise shit just a healthy eating style, im bulking right now so i eat a lot but still its all just basic food

yea man im beasting it out the next 6 months on a hudge bulking cycle, plus im being leonitis for holloween so i needed to get bigger lol but yea man i got to get new pics up soon. How you been doing man? on a new program or anything like that

Hey man i was wondering if you dealt with any excess skin while losing the weight and gaining the muscle man, let me know cause its been a year for me after dropping about 90lbs and have the skin to show it man, let me know man, but congrats all round man its bad ass

damn you really want to go big man thats awesome, see my goal right now is be about 185 or 195 kinda where im at now but just be bulky muscle with about 5 percent body fat, But honestly right now i think my best bet would eb to get as hudge as possible while i still am at the optimal age for it since im 18, it'll probably help with my skin problem if i bulk up to, hows your diet looking man
