Thanks bro. Yes I do have excess skin, mostly thighs and lower stomach. I work hard to fill it back up with muscle but some will have to be cut off.

biceps a one half inch gain so 13 inches now but i think i did the wrong for a few weeks cuse now my fore arms are biger and veinyer not that i am complaining

not nearly as much as id like with al my dang joinior year wrk this year so its more than last year i am working on getting biceps biiger curantly and then ill graually go in to whole body

yea kind of. I have weightlifting at school, and I'm doing martial arts now so I think thats gonna get me some weightloss. If I just had a diet I would be droppin pounds. but I hate thinking of diets. The ones I make are either too much, or not enough nutrition.

it's been 2 years since I lost 150 and I still have loose skin. (And during those 2 years I've been doing a lot of cardio and lifting, eating right, etc.) I'm giving it another 2 years, man. But it has improved a LOT, especially on my back and arms. The problem mostly is the lower ab area. Most guys I ask here say that loose skin improves but that it never really goes away except with surgery. I have my fingers crossed. Good luck to us man!
