yea kind of. I have weightlifting at school, and I'm doing martial arts now so I think thats gonna get me some weightloss. If I just had a diet I would be droppin pounds. but I hate thinking of diets. The ones I make are either too much, or not enough nutrition.
it's been 2 years since I lost 150 and I still have loose skin. (And during those 2 years I've been doing a lot of cardio and lifting, eating right, etc.) I'm giving it another 2 years, man. But it has improved a LOT, especially on my back and arms. The problem mostly is the lower ab area. Most guys I ask here say that loose skin improves but that it never really goes away except with surgery. I have my fingers crossed. Good luck to us man!
my diet opened up this week for my 6 month bulk... it had been strict:
breakfast: 3 cups oatmeal with 2 scoops whey
lunch: turkey breast on wheat
pre workout: whey shake
post workout: whey shake
dinner: 2 chicken breast, or steak, or salmon. rice or wheat pasta
dinner 2: same
now I'm just doing a healthy, eat as much as i want diet. 6 eggs at breakfast with a whey shake. 2nd and 3rd meal are weight gainers, 4th and 5th are same as dinners, then 6th is free meal.
I'm always trying to get bigger... When I started lifting, I just wanted to get rid of the loose skin, but as the years went by, i started seeing pros and I would do anything to look like one of them. I'll never be big enough. My natural bodybuilding potential is supposed to be 198 lbs with 8% bodyfat. At my highest (which I hit over the summer) was 191 with 9% body fat and i wasn't happy with it at all. I want to see myself at 220 with 5% fat, after that, 240... etc.
I doubt theres a funner way to do it though. lol
I used this one calorie counter calculator for activities, I put biking for 240 minutes at about 9-10 miles an hour
It said I should have burned 2000 calories. thats like a day of food man.
haha yea. I remember being the best friend last year to this girl I liked, but that was it. lol.
Hey, I went on a 22 mile bike ride this morning. It took about 5 hours, and my ass hurts as if somebody raped me. Do you think the trip is worth the amount of calories I burned? I don't even feel like I lost alot.
Sound like a plan. Just do the ole web search 'how to lose stretch marks'.. Don't forget the animal Pak & creatine..yuck.. So continue to lift heavy for that hardbody & watch excess flab get jacked.
Keep benching.. And lot's of Nautilus chest exercises after the free weights..pec dec..whatever. Just go heavy. And a clean bulk diet. You'll be alright.
thats good. eh, i'm going along slowly. lost maybe 3 or 4 pounds already. all i did was eat less, and be more active.
I'm getting braces tomorrow so i'm gonna lose some weight there, and thats gonna be kind of like my kick off to losing weight.
