How I Started:
I have been lifting weights since I was 15. There's nothing better than weightlifting. I have always tried to workout even through having 3 kids. I was a little side tracked for a while but now back on the wagon and pushing it hard! Have seen seen significant gains in little time and looking forward to seeing more.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it looks, obviously. I also love to feel STRONG!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking in the mirror reminds me of how much I love to workout. It also keeps me young.
BB Accomplishments:
I competed in high school, but didn't win. I am just happy to look good!!

Goal (Long):
I have put on quite a bit of excess baggage in the past year or so that I would like to get rid of. I started about 7 weeks ago. I have lost 16 pounds so far and would like to maybe drop about 7 more or turn all of what I have into muscle. I would like to drop down to about 10% body fat and increase all of my listing stats to what they were way back in high school.
Thanks sweetie! I like that you say you don't want to lose "weight", but bodyfat. Its about the way you look, not the number on the scale. Keep in touch.
