5-Week Fat Shreeder
1. Cardio First Thing In The Morning Before Breakfast. You get up, get a glass of water , and either hit the treadmill (fat burn mode), go on a power walk, or hit a bike for 30-40 minutes. No breakfast , no small bite beforehand, you do not take in a single calorie until you do at least 30 minutes of cardio first. 2. Drop Carbs The Last 2 Meals Of The Day. In 5 weeks you will see a huge difference.

I get the best nutrition posible. I eat 6-7 times a day to keep my body fuel and my metabolism going.
I use various apps to help me keep track of my daily intake, i dont go crazy but i like to keep track of what i eat and how much of it i consume. DailyBurn tracker and Nutritionist are excellent for this .
6-7 meals a day has worked for me.
Meal 1 - Protein, good fat, complex carbs (eegs, dairy, oats)
Meal 2 - Body By Vi Shake with water (Trisorb Protein)* (i get it from www.rockbodyoohlala.com)
Meal 3 - Protein, good fat, complex carbs, veggies (eegs, fish, lean white meats)
Meal 4 - Protein (Dairy or nuts)
Meal 5 - Protein, good fat, veggies (eegs, fish, lean white meats)
Meal 6 - Body By Vi Shake with water (Trisorb Protein)*
Meal 7 - Protein (Casein)
