How I Started: My sisters, brother -in- laws, and of course my two friends who own the gym all work out. So, it seems like everyone around me was working out except for me who needs to be working out the most!
Why I Love It: I hate working out when I have to wake up early, I hate when it hurts and when I have to push myself but what I love about it is after, feeling accomplished and seeing the difference makes me extremely motivated. Also, I love knowing that I'm being proactive to lead a healthy life so that I can live happier and longer!
How I Stay Motivated: Staying motivated is one of my weakest spots. I'll be motivated at first and then it decreases fast but I'll get spurts of motivation. When I see myself losing weight, having more energy, and feeling better in general it is motivating. Also, this website is AMAZING for motivation!
BB Accomplishments: Last year I lost nearly 30 lbs but I gained it all back within this last year! But, it is what it is, I know I can do it again and I will plus some.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): Small goals lead to larger goals!
Goal (Long): My overall weight loss goal is to get to the normal weight for my height which would probably be around 120-130. I'm 5'2. My current weight is 221 lbs. Last year I weighed this much but I lost 30 lbs over 3+ months time span. Unfortunately, I gained it all back. The bottom line is that I know I can do if I want it bad enough. And I know I can lose more than I did last year. Another goal is to lose enough weight by December to be confident wearing a dress. I'm my sister's maid of honor and I just want to look great and feel great during that time!

Hey Lainey! I've been pretty good, getting back into the gym, after struggling the first few times after vacation. Getting diet back on track also. I've still been around and posting, just it seems it is in spurts. I'll be active for 2 days, then inactive for 1-2 days. Just been going off with friends, and busy at work, etc. How has life been treating you? Any new and exciting things?

Thanks for the feedback on weight loss meds. Your before and after pics are absolutely amazing. What a transformation. Im not going to do the meds- am gonna try to do this on my own. Thanks for the encouragement!
