Why I Love It:
I love working out because I am hardcore...LOL...I love Bodybuilding and Figure/Fitness because I am a fan of art and physiques. I enjoy watching the transformation process and the masterpeice that is displayed for all to see...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of the problem with obesity and being overweight as well as knowing how I looked before I had children. I think of that and how I feel compared to how I felt then. Improving myself is a constant motivating factor as well as supporting a Bodybuilder...
BB Accomplishments:
Supporting a Bodybuilder who has the potential to be a great...my accomplishment will be finally competing in June 09 and helping him get his pro card.

This pic was taken back in '06, I was training with Pro IFBB Fitness, Stacy Simons. Since this pic I've gained 60lbs of fat and had a baby. I want to look like this again but more toned this time around.
Playing around in my undies...noticing how I got rid of the dents in my glutes and legs, need to work on that gut though...LOL!!!
I want to return to the point where I can train for figure competitions. I was there then...I got pregnant. So the plan is to loose the unwanted bodyfat and compete in June 2009.
The backside body part that I would like to most improve is my back...it looks horrible right now, there are rolls that appeared out of no where and I would like to make a change to that. Now, I know that this will take more than six weeks but it's a start for me. I will do this by sticking to...
Hey girl, I just want you to know that I am proud of you and keep up the hard work. It is not easy but if you just keep pushing, it will come. Eating clean is the hardest part of it for me. I struggle pretty regularly with that. But I just try to the best that I can. Hope you have a great day.
Hey girl, don't be too hard on yourself. We all go through those time, I have certainly been in a slump or two myself. Just keep positive, and stay in touch. I don't mind helping out the best I can. My daughter just had a little girl a year a go she is a little sad about her
weight and her boy freind is no longer here whatever.she has that same look in her eyes as you do i know you both will reach your goals.
