I saw IFBB Pro Fitness competitor Stacy Simons in a Flex magazine and saw the physique I'd like to have. I contacted her when I left active duty and she worked with me and got me lean...
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I love the end results. I love Bodybuilding and Figure/Fitness because I am a fan of art and physiques. I enjoy watching the transformation process and the masterpeice that is displayed for all to see...
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of the problem with obesity and being overweight as well as knowing how I looked before I had children. I think of that and how I feel compared to how I felt then. Improving myself is a constant motivating factor.

This pic was taken back in '06, I was training with Pro IFBB Fitness, Stacy Simons. Since this pic I've gained 60lbs of fat and had a baby. I want to look like this again but more toned this time around.
My waistline is entirely too thick!!! It is currently like a 39 or so...

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10-12, I like my reps and volume high for the challenge and it works well with my body.

30-45 seconds between exercises or 10 secs for abs...I like the burn.

Thick is the standard!!! Yup I said it (LOL). It doesn't look good on everybody, but neither does the hardbody. I need my woman soft and sexy no matter her size...She gotta be able to handle me cause I'M A BEAST!!!! All dogs like a littlemeat on their bones...GRRRRRRRRRRR!

Yes, I keep a pretty tight diet. I also do atleast 200 abs reps a day and cardio (running).
